Fastpass: Germany (got to love words that have 12 consonants in a row )
Standby: Italy (I need to add more arm waving to my everyday conversations)
Skip: France (not that I'd skip it, but merde, even the swears sound polite)
Biggest change you'd make to Disney - more value/moderate resorts, better quality/variety of quick service food, more efficient transportation?

Fastpass: not even turned on
Standby: Must-Dos with Stacy
Skip: Normal network programming (like to stay in the Disney bubble)
Random tweaks:
Lower the price of Minnie vans (it's up to $25 per trip now),
Allow 1st 3 fastpasses to be in multiple parks,
More fans or something at Animal Kingdom. (I love this park, but the heat & humidity always seems worse at this park)

Fast pass: More Street Performers
Standby: More benches
Skip : More shaded areas
I get the biggest kick out of the street performers, especially at Hollywood Studios. That being said, I do love a bench, preferably in a shaded area! Always thought that MK could use more benches, especially up front in the square between city hall and Tony's.
We all love and appreciate cast members, but at certain attractions an enthusiastic CM who's really playing the part can make that experience just awesome. Attractions that are just so much more fun when you have a CM really into their part:
Tower of Terror, Kali River Rapids, Haunted Mansion
Intentionally left out Jungle Cruise and Kilimanjaro Safari, because the CM is integral to the ride on those.

Fastpass: Tower of Terror
Standby: Haunted Mansion
Skip: Kali River Rapids
Went on TofT with a CM who totally worked the creepy factor. He finished the safety spiel and then added "I almost forgot, don't forget to..." and the elevator doors closed. Perfectly timed!
Haunted Mansion, such great opportunities to add to the atmosphere.
The CMs all used to (I feel) perform a role no matter where they were stationed at these attractions. Now? It's more miss than hit.
Quick service tweaks...
More vegetarian options
More individuality between venues
Better prices
Fast pass to pirates music, stand by to splash mountain music and pass on Soarin (I have to admit I can't even remember the music there because I haven't been on it in 8 years.)
Hopefully this works as 3 good choices. If you could work in the parks but had to be assigned a specific job, which one would you pick?
Waiter to cast members in Disneyland, so not working with guests but serving cast members
Guest services in California adventure during high volume times
Costumed character in the magic kingdom doing the 3pm parade.
This is a tough one for me since as I get older I have less of a tolerance for big rides, but
Fast pass to splash mountain, despite the fact that the last time I rode they loaded the car with the smallest in back and my husband saw the giant tidal wave forming and ducked, leaving new so drenched I got a lot of weird stares as I exited
Standby grizzly river run, I've only been once but it was not as bad as my
Skip Kali river rapids experience, since I swear they have a little elephant pop up to hose you down! Plus in the Florida humidity you don't dry off.
Little kid friendly rides.
Ariel's undersea adventure
Heimlich's chew chew train
The golden zephyr

Fastpass: Bedknobs and Broomsticks (could be a fantastic dark ride)
Standby: The Rescuers (C'mon, who wouldn't want to ride the seagull?)
Skip: Emperor's New Groove (Don't get me wrong, great movie, and I'm sure the dance number at the end of the ride would rock. I would say this: Totally fastpass a restaurant called Mudka's Meat Hut!)
Disneyland Fantasyland Run Through:
King Arthur's Carousel, Storybookland, Teacups
