Ok just got back from 4 days at DL, and whilest I was driving like a maniac on Autopia, I couldn't help but notice some strange objects in the Sub Lagoon!
Could it really be I said??? Are my eyes deceiving me??? NO.. they there were in their unfinished glory! Yes.... 8 count'em 8 submarines at the docks! Masked off, covered with plastic... and yes... even some duct tape!
Ahhhhh Duct tape!
So quickly I grabbed my camera and for all you UABers, here they are in all their glory! Enjoy

If you'd of really loved us, you would've waded into that cave to see what they are up to.
Thanks for the pics! |

I was going to but as I got close to the water. I kept hearing (in an Australian accent) "Fish are friends not food...DisneyDave is a 3 course meal...not a light snack"

Nice pic's Dave! I couldn't tell, but was there water in the lagoon? _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

No, these are the new hover subs. They don't need water to float like that.

Gee, if there is BARELY any water in the lagoon, then two things:
1) they must be hovering (or sitting on a track)
2) SGT get's and right back at ya! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

At this point, it's ugly and crude- just a big concrete box sitting just before where the entrance waterfall was. While Imagineering nature dictates that this will be incorporated into the new scenery, there's a lutz-ian voice whining in my head that fears it'll be a half-arsed job, and it'll look terrible. _________________ |

not if Lasseter and Stanton have anything to say about it
This is doubly important to both of them now...provided that it's within their time tables to voice opinions...etc.. _________________

Oooh! Exciting! Thanks for the pics Dave! Man, I've been missing the Parks a lot...thos epics just make me want to return even sooner...but I guess those subs won't be ready for quite some time yet!
