We have just booked our flight and hotel for our first trip
to Disneyland in six years.
What is a must see while we are there??? |

well, i guess it would depend on who you ask, and what you've gotten a chance to do while at DL in the past, but...
mansion
pirates
space mountain
jungle cruise
will have changed enough for you to want to see them again, i think. *ponders* oh and the DLRR's Ward Kimball is now in operation, you may want to see that. what else...not sure what's going on at opera house...if they keep the 50th movie, see that...if they bring back the 2001 lincoln show, def see that. pooh is new...but i kinda detest it...hurts my knees.
the following haven't really changed, but they're quintessentially DL, and they're either not at wdw or different enough to be worth doing for a change of pace...
iasw
matterhorn
pinocchio
alice
storybookland canal boats
indy
tiki room |

Yes, We will have to take DD on Matterhorn. She has never been
on that ride.
Will also have to take DD in the Tikiroom. She has never seen
the original Tikiroom only the Under New Management at WDW.
Thanks for your ideas. |

Well truthfully...if you are going for more than 2 days....EVERYTHING is a must see
And should be easilly doable in that timeframe! _________________ Dave.... |

Two days is not a problem.
If I know my DW she will be planning at least three days
so we can see most everything and then go back and do
her favorites at least twice. |

Indy, Indy, Indy, Indy.... Oh, and Soarin' if you haven't been at CA yet.
I must say, the Jungle Cruise with any of the DL skippers is the best. The ones in Florida aren't very funny - I think they're tied to the script more whereas the ones in DL are given a bit more freedom. |

Do you want to know exactly how many days your DW has planned? _________________ *~deb~*

If you're in DCA, here are some choices:
Monsters Inc.
California Screamin'
Tower of Terror
Oh, go wild, do everything there. _________________ *~deb~*

I haven't been to the parks in a year and a half.
What you're asking us to do is like asking a hungry person to shop at the grocery store |

Uh, just a little... I haven't been to DL since 2001 or so. I'd like to go back sometime.
I'm going to WDW in Sept/Oct, so at least I have something to look forward to in the meantime. |

We'll be at DLR for 4 days - but planning on DTD and the hotel pool for the first day. Then 3 full days at the parks _________________ Kathy
