I need help. My password is being funny, so I have decided to delete my account, and start a new one. How do I delete my account? Thanks! _________________ Doing the impossible is pretty fun - Walt Disney

eek! i don't have admin access, but i'm pretty sure one of the site administrators can reset the word for you or figure out what's going wrong without having to delete your account. you can email 'em at uabadmins@uabmagic.com or pm them individually. |

Have you tried having your password sent to you? That's an option when you log in if you've forgotten it. _________________ *~deb~*

The issue is that my password only changes on the bar on the right of the screen. When I log in on the Now Playing screen, it doesn't recognize my new password. Without signing it there, I can't see upcoming and recent tracks played, both of which I enjoy very much. _________________ Doing the impossible is pretty fun - Walt Disney

Isn't there an issue with those being 2 separate passwords anyway? I didn't think those passwords were in sync. _________________ [ |

Technically those passwords SHOULD be the same to keep uniformity. When you change your site password though, it doesn't automatically change your broadcast password. _________________ *~deb~*

Curious to hear. I've been remembering two passwords since I initially signed on to the site. |

Not really. I sent an Email in about it back when I joined but got no reply. So I basically use both an sign in twice. A bit awkward but not unmanagable. Althought the site fenerated password is a bit harder to recall than I usually use. |

We're sorry! We're not ignoring you, it's a process that is a tad complicated to execute and we're working on a way to better automate the process.
Your voice is not going unheard, it's just taking time to get it done.

I can't speak for the others, but as far as I am concerned. Take your time. For all the pleasure I get out of having UAB available, this is a very minor item. |

Except that the private messages require a third password, that doesn't sync with the other serves....
