Can not confirm sign in - ???

ok...we haven't found a solution to your problem yet, but we are working on it. Might be a silly question, but i haven't seen it addressed in this forum yet. You are logging in 2 times, right? Once as the initial log-in, and again at the top of the "Now Playing" page?

Gee, I feel so bad taking up all your time like this. I am signing in once for the website and again for the Now Playing or the Make a Request. I am using Windows Media Player and the midrange feed or First Class.

I CAN get the music. It is the second signon that is failing. I AM using Firefox now. If you want to reset me again, we can give this another go round

AAAUUUGGGHHH Now I can sign into Utilidors, but it tells me the EXACT SAME PASSWORD is not valid for "Now Playing"...

Did WDWFan put you up to this??? Sad

I just checked your passwords and they are EXACTLY the same. It's something on your end...I just wish I knew what it was. I've asked a MORE tech person to help. I'm just waiting for him to have the time.

A Clarification of the problem, just to make it more confusing.

I can log onto the site and then enter messages (like this one!) I can then go to another page like Now Playing and sign in there. If I leave Now Playing without signing out, I get prompted to sign in a third time and I get the page not found error. If I log out first from Now Playing (or Request or such) and then go to another page, I can log in again. So I can log in, just only to one page at a time and I have to sign off if I move to another one.

Wow...I have had this problem forever!!! It hasn't been as bad lately, but it is a huge headache. I have actually been tempted to donate money to the site, however refrained because I didn't want to donate and then not be able to log in correctly for weeks to come.
