Hi - I am having issues all of a sudden logging into the station. The problem actually started about 2 days ago when for some reason I suddenly could no longer get on as a premeire member, when before that I could. Then for the past two days i have been able to log on in first class. Then all of a sudden, about 15 minutes ago I was bumped off line abruptly and could not log back in again , unless I did so in economy class. Could someone please help. I would realy prefer to have better sound. Thank you. |

I have tried both Winamp and Quicktime, and they are both behaving the same way. When I log into winamp it says... Access Denied. When i log into Quicktime it says not connected. |

Are you behind a firewall at a work location, or due to some restrictions on your home router? |

I can't think of any reason why your access to the stream would be denied were it not for firewall or antivirus settings, some program on your home system that is set-up to prevent open data connections or one that actively denies streaming due to bandwidth restrictions. I am currently listening to the 96kb stream on Winamp from behind a workplace ethernet firewall with no issues, so I can't say that I can duplicate your issues.
Sorry, but we've reached the extent of my knowledge on the issue. Perhaps tE can give you more detailed advice. I do believe the issue to be local, though. As far as I can tell the broadcast has been functioning properly all day.
The only other thing I can think of would be a long shot. You can check your file type associations to make sure the .pls extension is associated with Winamp. Go to your Control Panel, then Folder Options and then to the File Types tab. Scroll down to the .pls extension and make sure it says Winamp next to it. If not, click the listing and press the "Change" button underneath. Navigate to Winamp and press okay.
It might work, might not. |
