What animal only lasted four months as a part of the Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction, due to their ornery behavior (blocking paths, being overly aggressive to each other, even trying to attack the ride vehicles)? |

An excellent guess, but not what I'm looking for. Bigger than a meercat, and don't recall any of this species having a speaking role in The Lion King. |

Yes! They tried to introduce zebras in 2012, and they only lasted 4 months. Apparently they can be ornery. |

Clearly the site I was using for my WDW trivia, especially regarding Animal Kingdom/Kilimanjaro Safaris is outdated...
Interesting question...maybe all were started hydroponically? |

Maybe there's a purpose involved. Do they repel mosquitoes or other insects? |

They do all have the same purpise/use, but it's not to repel anything. |
