Fastpass: Pinocchio Village Haus
Standby: Pizzafari
Skip: PizzaRizzo

Quick service pizza is something Disney has yet to master.....

What do you want to absolutely be open on your next trip?
Railroad
People Mover
Liberty Square Riverboat

Fast pass: Railroad
Standby: People Mover - would have been my wife's "Fast Pass"
Skip: Riverboat
Want the chance to ride them all - just realized we can say we're going next year!

Which would do the most to ruin a WDW trip:

Too many favorite attractions down for refurb
Non stop rainy weather
Maximum crowd capacity every day

That order i think.
Fastpass: too many refurbs
Standby: non stop rain (afternoon rain is expected & not a problem)
Skip: max crowd capacity

2022 trip? WooHoo!

Disney executive priorities -
Finish construction projects (eg Tron Lightcycle)
Maximize guest experience - lower resort rates to be in line with lower level of guest experiences (eg no meet & greets, parades or fireworks)
Bring back amenities (eg fastpass) even in a modified format. I liked when fastpasses were day of only & couldnt be reserved.

This was an interesting one. Hope all are executive priorities, but I do live in the real world!
Fast pass: Maximize guest experience/rates according to what is offered (or not offered)
Standby: Finish projects - Epcot was a mess!
Skip: Bring back amenities - I preferred the old fast pass system too.

Build your own/made to order food options you would like in the parks:
(Thinking in the vein of a PieFive, Q'Doba, or FroYo type experience)

Individual sized pizza
Burritos
Frozen yogurt/custard

Fastpass: Burrito (yum!)
Standby: Pizza
Skip: Frozen yogurt/custard

How are you getting to Disney from MCO once Magical Express stops?

Think they've forgotten why they started Magical Express in the first place. Hope this decision doesn't turn around and bite them.
Fast pass: Mears Bus - really hoping they step right in, even if there is a small fee to use them.
Standby: Uber/Lyft/cab - we will probably hire a towncar. Quicksilver was a good service we've used before.
Skip: Rent a car - I used to drive about 600 miles a week for work. Part of the vacation for me is still not having to touch a steering wheel for a week or two!

Extra magic hours, as we know it, is history now too. What will you miss most about the system as it was?
Planning your park days around extra magic hours
The nighttime extra magic hours
Being in a bus queue before sunrise to get to a park as early as possible

Fastpass: evening extra magic hours (I am a night owl)
Standby: planning around the extra magic hours
Skip: being in a bus queue pre-sunrise

I see Disney unleashing a whole slew of special ticketed evening events....

Would you want Disney to build:
More resorts like Aulani
More parks like Tokyo DisneySea
More themed hotels (eg star wars) & restaurants (Space 220)

Fast pass: Themed resorts and restaurants - especially restaurants!
Standby: Parks like Tokyo DisneySea
Skip: resorts like Aulani

Which era had the best animated movies: (this might be tough!)
50's and before (Snow White, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Dumbo, etc)
60's, 70's and 80's (101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book, Fox and the Hound, The Little Mermaid, etc.)
90's to today (Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Toy Story, Tangled, etc)

Think you are spot on with the special ticket future. Wouldn't be surprised if the night time parade and fireworks will require a special ticket to stay and enjoy at some point.

Reverse order for me!
Fastpass: 90s (so many memorable songs)
Standby: 60s, 70s, 80s
Skip: 50s and before (incomparably beautiful, but a little too melancholy)

You're moving. Next house will look like:
Haunted Mansion
Columbia Harbour House
7 Dwarfs cabin (at end of ride)

Fast pass: Columbia Harbour House - Not big on boating, really, but unlike the nautical theme.
Standby: Seven Dwarfs cottage
Skip: Haunted Mansion - favorite attraction, just don't see it as "homey"

Mickey and the gang in a cartoon series experiencing:
The Haunted Mansion
The Jungle Cruise
Big Thunder Mountain

Nighttime relaxation
Bellevue Lounge Boardwalk - listen to the funny radio shows & play a board game
River Roost Port Orleans - listen to YeeHaw Bob playing the piano
Beaches at various resorts - watch the Electrical Water Pageant

Fast pass: YeeHaw Bob! Always worth a trip to French Quarter.
Standby: Radio shows and board games
Skip: Electric Water Pageant from a beach

I'd love to look out my living room window every morning and, in the distance, see:
Expedition Everest
Tower of Terror
Space Mountain

Fastpass: Expedition Everest
Standby: Spaceship Earth
Skip: Tower of Terror

I wouldn't want to see TofT in the distance. I'd want to be much closer to Studios (aka staying at Boardwalk or Beach Club.)

What is your go-to to save $$ on a Disney Vacation?
Airfare (take odd hour flights or non-direct)
Hotel (book most inexpensive room/stay off site)
Keep all as you would normally do, just shorten the # of days.

Fast pass: Value resort - usually Pop Century. Could never bring ourselves to stay off property, though.
Standby: Airfare - have never flown direct.
Skip: Reduce park days - no way!

Do you wish you could:
Paint like Rapunzel
Fight/ride like Mulan
Cook like Tiana

Fastpass: fight/ride like Mulan
Standby: Cook like To and
Skip: Paint like Rapunzel

Action ride you'd like Disney to develop:
Kronk & Yzma: to the Secret Lab (Why does she even have that lever?)
A trip through Zootopia
Alice's trip down the rabbit hole
