Famous radio comic from the 30's-40's Billy Gilbert was the voice actor for Willie the Giant in "Fun and Fancy Free". His only other character was certainly NOT a giant. Any idea who it was?

Mickey is a good guess, but not the diminutive character I'm looking for!
