we can't. the whole effect on the marketplace bit. 
then there's trademark law, which is a whole 'nother ball of wax dealing with some of the same issues, and a slew of different ones like...brand identity and consumer confusion...good will...tarnishment... |

We can't put Figment on anything that we are planning on selling... sorry...
But, when you see what we do have for Jamboree shirts, they will make up for it....

| I actually support those laws, for the same reasons I am against software piracy or music/movie piracy, but I keep seeing Figment in my mind wearing headphones listening to UAB... |

We maybe able to get away with banners or images like that, I don't think Disney worries about that too much (since images like that seem to be everywhere on the internet)... we just couldn't put it on a mouse pad or shirt and sell it...
