Frank, that's because there hasn't been any new to report... they haven't been working on removing anything the last few days...
Calm down, don't worry, it will all come down eventually.... |

I only see one problem. The clueless tourists (that think Rizzo's mickey) won't know where they are! Oh well, their loss. I'll be happy to see it down, even though I'm too young to really remember SSE without it. _________________ Doing the impossible is pretty fun - Walt Disney

I long for the EPCOT of the past. Characters only as walkarounds...no attraction interactions _________________

Thanks. Those are good. Looking at the whole structure that close and at that angle really shows what a huge structure that is. _________________ [ |

But the article said that the toughest part was yet to come. At least the whole thing didn't get knocked down like the signs on I-4. That looked like a mess. _________________ [ |

I'm wondering... is the wand coming down because the imagineers want it to come down or because Seimens, the new host of spaceship earth wants it to come down... Anyone hear anything? |

Yes WDWFAN I heard all about it. Neither reason is correct. It's actually coming down because it is needed elsewhere. What that means? I don't know. I'll have more on this another time, but for now I gotta go to work. |

I personally liked the wand and Epcot on there, of course I have never seen it the other way, but it just seams like ti would be too plain. I think all of the visions of "the future" seem to be too colorless or when they do have colors are dark colors, why not bright colors such as what the wand had? |

I am surprised by this. I would think having the arm shaped the way it is would sort of limit its other uses, and I'd think structurally building a new one would be better than cutting this one up and then trying to re-assemble it.
If you have more information, please share... |
