One of the new pieces of merchandise at this years Flower and Garden Festival is a new lawn ornament of Mickey Mouse. But this time, he is dressed as the Roaming Gnome. They come in various sizes and price ranges. Check it out:

I HAVE TO buy one for my mother...!

How cute is that? Unfortunately, my lovely husband doesn't like lawn embellishments. Sad

Ok, first off...I DON'T LIKE THE BIG GLASS BALLS that people put on their lawns.

Second, Frank is right, I'd prefer to have green-painted asphalt rather than grass.

Third, I love this Gnome Mickey! I want one!

Fourth, yes Ellory, we'll get one for you! (I hope they still have them!)

Fifth, Ummm....Daguru....ummm....you wear dresses! HA! (ok, that was lame, but I'm tired!)

OK, as a Forum Moderator, I believe it it my responsibility to step in when things look like they may get out of hand.
Having known most of you for quite some time now, I feel this line of topic has extremely dangerous and ominus undertones...nay...overtones...that could, without much provocation deteriorate into the kind of Juvenille conversation, that I'm sure you'll all agree, would make evn Walt turn over in his grave (freezer).

It is with this in mind that I ask all of you to refrain from any comments which could escalate this topic into something base and down right dirty.

Thank you...

You have NO IDEA how hard it's been to keep this conversation on the glass ornament and nothing else.

But thank you for helping keep us away from the infantile responses that could result from this discussion.

GLASS BALLS!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

I must reiterate what my fellow moderator has already stated. We need to keep on topic here...... Cop

If you find that you must continue with "another" course of discussion, then please do it at a more appropriate time and place. Like Monday night chat sessions..... Laughing

EATMON74.... I am disappointed in you. As a fellow moderator, we are not supposed to instigate this kind of behaviour in our fellow UABers. Even if the one in question is an administrator... let allow the site owner... Smile
