We are 101 days away from Walt Disney World. We are driving. It will take us 12 hours. Every one else from my area can make it in 10 hours. I realy don't mind the ride, it is good family time. I missed my exit one year, and payed roughly $10 in tolls before I was able to get back on the right track.

scratch my earlier comment. it looks like i may be going to wdw before the glaciers melt after all. i'm looking at january 07. i'll stay on property if i go, but i'm not sure where. if i go alone, it'll be value resort city. if i go with friends, economies of scale will allow us to price up. if my best friend can go, we'll look long and hard at akl, because she really, really wants to stay there. i'm just really, really excited about going back.

We are in the process now of information gathering for a January 2007 trip. We'll be there for Marathon Weekend and beyond. There are 11 of us that we are planning for, so we are still waiting on final word before booking. I hate waiting for other people. But we should have rooms booked within the next 2 weeks. Then we start the airfare hunt.

I will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for the first time...I hear its incredible.

We are going to WDW on Thanksgiving will be there for about 14days, soak up all the Disney we can. You will love Wilderness lodge hopefully your room will overlook a pond watching the Girrafe's drink is to cool.

Called and made room reservations last night. Booked 3 rooms for the entourage. Must have been on the phone for over 30 minutes. Will have to call back when AAA rates are released, to make dinning, and to give them flights for ME.

Hey Grumpy! Maybe we can get together for a morning run one of those days.
