Today is Earth day so I was wondering what everyone does to be green.
We've been recycling pretty much anything that is recyclable for as long as I can remember. We have separate bins set up in our garage and everything goes in it's own place. _________________ *~deb~*

In honor of today, I decided to save a tree...so I ran down a beaver!
Recycling is probably the biggest thing we do, but we've been bringing our reusable bags at the grocery store lately (and The Disney Store is having a great deal on reusable bags...$2.50, even the really big Mickey one!).
Also, today only, if you bring in 3 empty (and clean) water bottles (like from Aquafina and Poland Springs), you'll get a Sports Water Bottle at the Disney Store! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

We recycle everything we can and bring newspapers and magazines to the yellow bins behind the schools so they can profit from them.
We also use reusable grocery bags.
Cans and bottles with a deposit get cashed in and the money put in the Mickey can for future trips.
I wash old running shoes and return them to the running store where they send them to the local high schools and homeless shelters. (Right now somebody in Attlebor is panhandling in shoes I ran a marathon in.)
When we clean out closets and drawers, we send the clothes to a charity. _________________ [ |

Well you do live in a cold weather state.
We recycle mostly because we have itty bitty trash cans and have to to make it all fit. _________________ Jason
