This place is set up like a drive-in-theater. My kids have never been to a "Drive In". I had to explain what it was. (Did'nt tell them everything)Goog food, good atmosphere, good memories. Just plain fun.
Here is a site that has menus.

When we were there in August a group of us ate there.
It was lots of fun. I had not been back there in many
years. Was a first for DD and she loved it. She ever got
a driver's licence out of the visit.
Will go back again. |

Don't you people spend enough time eating in cars? You want to do it on vacation too? _________________ [ |

Out here, Drive-ins are all but extinct. Ever since Mac and I were introduced to the Sci-Fi Dine-in, we've been hooked. It's on our list of favorite WDW restaurants, and we would never miss an opportunity to go.
Plus, I love flashy ice cubes, and glowy cups. _________________ |

While in WDW in September, I wanted to dine at Sci-Fi so I went and put up my name. They sat me in the back seat of another families car, which I thought was kinda weird. But the food was great, I got a drink with a glowing ice cube, and listened as the cast members scream when the giant throws the needle into the mans chest. Interactive theater at it's best! _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

I have two "must eat" places at WDW, and one is the Sci-Fi Dine In Theater (the other is Whispering Canyon Cafe). I never miss either of them on a trip. _________________ --Rita |

Probably one of the best place for a truly memorable drive in experience. I haven't been to a real drive in but I think this was perfect for me. _________________ Attention travelers, please remain seated. Your vechile will be rotating backwards. -Spaceship Earth |

I have never eaten here, but it looks like it would be fun. I am considering going here in January, but for dinner. From what I have seen, it is more of a lunch place.
Has anyone even eaten dinner at Sci-Fi? Is it too dark to see what you are eating? Is it cramped sitting in those cars? I want this to be a realxing, enjoyable experience. _________________ [ |

I haven't been for dinner - only lunch. The food was good and plentiful, and I can't say I felt cramped at all. Then again, I was sitting with a 7 year old and she doesn't take up much space.
I have heard that the lunch food is better than dinner. _________________ Kathy

We've been for both lunch and dinner and really don't care for the dinner either. A place like the Sci-Fi should carry just drive-in food. For dinner, they tend to get a little fancier. _________________ When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.

My little brother and I one time laughed so hard at a few of the really corny space movie commercials that a little milkshake came out of his nose.
It was still hillarious _________________ Attention travelers, please remain seated. Your vechile will be rotating backwards. -Spaceship Earth |
