Can't see being disappointed in any of these!

Fast pass: End of day fireworks
Standby: Christmas
Skip: Epcot Festivals

Until they can have cast members from the country back in them, in which World Showcase pavilion would you be most interested in working?

Fastpass: Sunscreen - hate when the backs of my knees get burnt.
Standby: Umbrella/poncho. Got a temperature reducing umbrella to create my own shade in those long lines. It worked!
Skip: Mosquito repellent. Have never been bitten by anything there.

Magic Kingdom is decorated for Christmas.
Your feelings on the matter?

Too soon - leave the fall decor up until Thanksgiving
Too soon - Christmas decor goes up Dec 1st

Fast Pass: Leave the fall decor up through Thanksgiving
Standby: Halloween works perfect - From a marketing perspective, anyway!
Skip: December 1st - I enjoy the decorations too much (and it's too much work putting it up) to only be able to look at them for a couple of weeks!

When you put the deposit down

Fast pass: On the way to the airport - until then there's just too much opportunity for something to throw a monkey wrench in the plans!
Standby: When you put the deposit down
Skip: When the plane/resort is booked

Place where a truly engaging and pleasant cast member can make the biggest difference:
As a server in a restaurant
Ride loading and unloading
Transportation/bus driver

Fastpass: Ride load/unload - especially if they match the ride (e.g. creepy at the TofT).
Standby: Restaurant - still remember James at the Rose & Crown!
Skip: Bus Driver - I've found most to be pretty cheery, but since they have the automated spiel, less chances for their personalities to shine through & make a difference.

Things that would make a huge difference -
Figure out the timing/spacing of buses. Cities bigger than WDW can do it, they should be able to.
More benches/water fountains along walkways (GF to MK, Epcot area resorts to Epcot & Studios) and in the parks.
Bring back the old same day fastpass system - everyone is on as level a playing field as possible.

Fast pass: Bring back paper fast passes (heck, even fast pass + at this point)
Standby: More benches and water fountains
Skip: Know the timing and spacing of the bus schedule

Classic dark ride that would be awesome to see redone, a’la Runaway Railway/Remy’s:

Mr Toad’s Wild Ride
Pinocchio’s Daring Journey
Snow White’s Scary Adventure

Fast pass: 1/2 marathon - Would require some training, but I think I’d like the challenge
Standby: 5K - do this pretty much every morning Monday-Friday. Would be a lot more fun at Disney, though!
Skip: After party
