Caveat for me - they'd have to be indoor restaurants, counter service is fine)

Fastpass: Pirates!
Standby: Kali River Rapids
Skip: Frozen (for the amount of time it was closed, I couldn't believe this was just an overlay & not a particularly good overlay.)

On your next trip, there is a new-to-you ride, show and restaurant, which are you must eager to experience?

Skip: Show

Fast pass: Toledo - never been, looks incredible. Several things on the menu sound promising, too.
Standby: Jiko - again, never been. Really enjoyed Boma, though.
Skip: Yachtsman - delicious food, but a good steak isn't too hard to find in our town.
When you are asked to think about Walt Disney World, what's the first image in your head?

Park icon (and which one)
Ride (which one)
Resort (which one)

Fastpass: Park icon (Spaceship Earth)
Standby: Resort (Beach Club & Boardwalk)
Skip: Ride (the one in Pandora, where you're flying on the back of that flying thingie. It's the only time I'll ever have an ocean wave curl around me)

Ways Disney could be more environmentally friendly:
Get rid of plastic bags
Change Tomorrow Land Speedway (Test Track too if not already doing so) to environmentally friendly engines
Require Magical Express buses run on same fuel as Disney Transportation buses

Fast pass: Electric cars on Tomorrowland Speedway- really not a fan of that exhaust base that hangs in the air around this attraction.
Standby: Magical Express - although deisel engines are actually quite efficient.
Skip: plastic bags- think guests could recycle these bags on their own easily. I know we do with all that we bring home.

South America, other than Emperor's New Groove, has been largely ignored as a setting for Disney animated movies. What South American animal might make the most interesting protagonist for a movie?

Capybara (largest rodent in the world - think huge hamster)
Pudu (smallest deer species on the planet)
Giant Anteater

Fastpass: Pudu (smallest deer species = cute)
Standby: Capybara (most ppl can relate to a hamster)
Skip: Giant Anteater

You can't stay at your 1st choice Disney resort. Do you:

Keep same dates & go with 2nd choice (more expensive)
Change dates to get your 1st choice
Keep same dates, go with value resort & spend money saved on Lyft, Uber & Minnie vans to get around quickly.

Our Disney trip is still in play. If we get a park reservation for each day (good mix of parks) & we can leave/reenter that one park during the day, it may be a go.
The newest wrinkle is that not only is the main pool area at Beach Club closed, so is the entire resort until 8/24 (the day we leave).

Disney published a list of resorts with re-opening dates & the pickings are slim right now. Will be on line bright & early to get park reservations, then have to call to get new resort & dining reservations.

Fast pass: Keep same days with more expensive resort option
Standby: Keep same dates and go with a value (disclaimer: we generally stay at a value anyway)
Skip: Change trip dates - usually just not possible with work schedules

Things you are most interested in, if a trip this year happens:

The short, "rainy day cavalcade" type parades that are supposed to happen multiple times a day in each park.
The potential of experiencing very reduced crowd levels.
Creative photos with characters, albeit at a distance.

Our trip still has a green light too, for now. After many hours on hold, we got all our 1st choice park reservations, and were moved from All Star Music to Pop, which is fine by us. Skyliner will be nice. Obviously, no free Dining, but the 35% (think that's what it was) should cover our meals. Shorter park days, might be just doing one a day in a park anyway. Still wonder if we'll be allowed to make ADR's in other resorts, provided they are open. Otherwise it might be several evening trips to Disney Springs. Happy that both of us still have something to tenuously look forward to!

Fastpass: reduced crowd levels (eso with no FPs )
Standby: distant, creative photos with characters
Skip: rainy day cavalcade

Be a part of their world:
Africa from Lion King
Scotland from Brave
London from Mary Poppins, 101 Dalmatians, etc

Did you have to select a time as well as date & park? We didn't but apparently you were supposed to.
Also, what 35%?!?!?!
We got park reservations but in the last day, it would only accept 2 out of 3 people in our party, so I've been trying to get through to on line help since 7am this morning.
Then have to go to regular customer service to find out options for hotel since the one we booked initially won't be open either.

Fast pass: Scotland - castles, mountains, just looks so pretty there.
Standby: London
Skip: Africa

My world showcase favorites:
San Angel Inn
Rose and Crown
Restaurant Marrakesh

Double checked with Shannon - she's been dealing with Disney one on one more than me. She said that yeah,it was a 35% resort discount for cancelling free Dining on us. There was nothing said about times for entry, just dates. She said Disneyland was saying timed entries though. Between the two of us we were on hold for just shy of six hours yesterday.

I Heart World Showcase

Fastpass: San Angel Inn
Standby: Rose & Crown
Skip: Marrakesh (but not really)

Place to view nighttime shows & have a meal:
California Grill (Magic Kingdom)
Toledo (EPCOT & Hollywood Studios)
Rose & Crown patio (EPCOT)

So yesterday was a marathon day of being on hold, but got it done. Had a problem with last day park reservation (from Monday) where it wouldn't accept the 3rd person on our vacation package.
Between getting into the queue, being in the queue & finally talking to someone, it was just over 6hrs.
To get hotel switched, it was 6.5hrs. Did get the 35% off!
But yeah, that was 7am to 7pm yesterday. Not unexpected, but it will get better.

Fast pass: Toledo - the view combined with the food have got this place on my list!
Standby: Rose and Crown - we were supposed to do this on the last day of our hurricane shortened trip last year.
Skip: California Grill - but only in this hypothetical!

Who would you prefer in your entourage?
Terk and Tantor (Tarzan)
Victor, Hugo, and Laverne (Hunchback of Notre Dame)
Louis and Ray (Princess and the Frog)

Glad you have the outline of the trip mapped out, and the 35% discount too. Seems like a lot is open, until we started plotted out our daily plans. Hopefully Gaston's Tavern is opened before we go - love that LaFou's Brew! Which resort did you get?

Fastpass: Victor, Hugo & Laverne
Standby: Terk & Tantor
Skip: Louis & Ray

Disney Bunnies:
Rabbit (Winnie the Pooh)
Thumper (Bambi)
White Rabbit (Alice in Wonderland)

We got into the Contemporary. So excited, have never stayed at s monorail resort before!
We were hoping to have dinner at Boma, not sure that will happen. It's a buffet & it's in Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House which doesnt have an opening date yet. Still, lower crowds and some Food & Wine booths? I'm good with that!

Fast pass: Rabbit - for better or worse, Rabbit's personality is close to my own!
Standby: White Rabbit
Skip: Thumper

More evil animal villain:
Hopper
Shere Khan
Scar

Contemporary! That's awesome! We've eaten at Boma once, and it was excellent, so hope that works out. Around here they've reopened some buffet places, only they have employees there to actually ladle out the food, cafeteria style. Seems like Disney could make something like that work too. No matter what, it just feels great to get to be excited about going again!

Fastpass: Scar
Standby: Hopper
Skip: Shere Khan

Who's your (closest to your) spirit animal?

Nick Wilde (Zootopia)
Olaf (Frozen)
Bernard (The Rescuers)

A whole bunch of the vloggers have descended on the resorts & the few places that are open. I've been binge watching to get my fix!

World Showcase will be a big change too because I don't think the international CMs will be called back yet. Probably can't be called back in some cases b/c the EU is discussing travel restrictions & the U.S. Is not yet on their can enter the EU list.
