This one might take several guesses. Think Cinderella came out in the 50's, so would be someone from that era. How about Perry Como?
I certainly hope John Smith and Pocahontas weren't a couple, in the real world. Disney portrayed Pocahontas at 18. Would have been a really creepy story if they'd have kept it closer to the truth! |

Not Perry Como, not someone I think of as mainly a singer, although I could be wrong about that. |

Nope. Had a long career in tv, including his own talk show. |

Nope, not Ed Sullivan.
Show started in Cleveland, moved to Philadelphia, ended up in LA for the couple of years. Ended in 1981.
Side note - started as a live show until Zsa Zsa Gabor referred to another entertainer as a son of a doggie. |

This one's really got me... Morton Downey Jr had a talk show in the 80's, I remember. Doesn't seem like a likely Prince Charming, but maybe? |

Not Morton Downey, but those are the correct initials.
He also shares the same name as a very famous actor, whose wife as well as his really old father are actors. |

Everybody knows Thumper as a cute bunny in Bambi, but there was also a character by this name who was far from cuddly in what other animated movie? |

Nope. This movie is quite a bit newer than Jungle Book. And I don't recall there being any human characters in it at all. |
