Certainly no wrong choices, but if I were to pick I'd likely go with the chili cheese tots.
Magic Kingdom would be even better with more:
Table service restaurants or dark rides in Fantasyland (Disneyland has SO many more) |

Replied to this once already, but it didn't seem to stick.
While the Buffalo chicken tots are the more unique, I think I'd still go with the good ol' chili cheese tots!
Magic Kingdom could most use:
More table service restaurants or more dark rides in Fantasyland (Disneyland has so many!) |

More dark rides! Magic Kingdom is quick service for me (except if they bring back normal lunch at the Beast's Castle).
Build more skyliner lines (which have to stop in inclimate weather but move a lot of people per hour) or add more buses and bus only lanes? |

This is tough. The Skyliner is just so nice, convenient, and altogether relaxing, I'm tempted to go with it, but I think additional buses and a dedicated bus only lane (great idea) would be the most beneficial.
You'd miss more, were it closed for refurb for the duration of your trip:
Favorite restaurant or favorite attraction? |

Favorite attraction, although I'm not sure which one that would be!
Second favorite way of getting your Disney fix (UAB being the 1st of course) - YouTube vloggers with all the latest & greatest or watching a Disney movie? |

Disney Movies is my choice!
Which Disney movie would make the most interestingly themed table service restaurant?
Alice in Wonderland (original animated version) or Emperors New Groove? |

I think Alice in Wonderland has more easily recognizable visuals. I'd like to see a ride like Yzma & Kronk took though!
In EPCOT UK pavilion, in the back. Leave the gardens alone (benches, quiet, shady place with the band stand/live music) or convert to a Mary Poppins experience? |

As much as enjoy my benches in quiet and shady places, the Mary Poppins idea sounds like a winner!
Thinking about new areas in Epcot with a movie theme, World Showcase specifically:
Spain/Luca or Colombia/Encanto (saw a trailer for this just this morning, and it looks good!) |

Columbia/Encanto - i don't think I've ever had Columbian food & would like to try some.
Movies (in general) - do you think new rides & attractions based on movies should be in Studios? e.g. Frozen - based on a make-believe country was put into World Showcase which seems odd to me. |

I'm going to say no, but with an asterisk. I agree that the Frozen ride seems odd in Norway, but think there is always room for movie themed rides in both Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, as well as the Studios. I DO wish they could come up with a wholly original ride, one that might spawn movies, instead of the other way around.
New style Mickey and friends animation (think Runaway Railway) or the previous style? |

I do like the Mickey in the Runaway Railway - it's cartoon-y & seems a more fun version instead of being a marketing brand. If that makes any sense.
So, a lot of YouTubers will film themselves on new rides or share the projected ride video put out by Disney.
If you've never been on the ride, do you watch or fast forward so you have no idea until you get on the ride for the 1st time? |

I prefer to avoid video of new attractions, parades, fireworks, etc, until I can see them live and in person that first time. Everything is a surprise that way!
Disney villains:
Just once would you like for one to see the error in their ways and reform, maybe to the point of become friends with characters that were previously tormented, or do you prefer they meet their fate bad to the very end? |

I'd like to see a villain be reformed! (Or at least not die. There are punishments other than capital.)
Closed restaurant you'd like to see revamped & open all the time-
The Odyssey (EPCOT, kinda behind Mexico) or
Tomorrowland Noodle Terrace (Magic Kingdom) |

Tomorrowland Noodle Terrace! Magic Kingdom just needs more dining options.
Long awaited sequel you are anticipating more:
Avatar 2 or Hocus Pocus 2? |

Hocus Pocus 2! (Not a particular fan of Avatar, 3D doesn't really work for me, so 3hrs of it? Ack)
Time to get creative! Would you rather design/assemble:
A giant gingerbread house or
An elaborate chocolate carousel? |
