Disney's Contemporary Resort - "The Wave"

I just got an update from "Disney Link". Disney has replaced "The Concourse Steakhouse" with "The Wave". I went to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/dining/diningFinder?id=DiningFinderPage

to copy and paste the information, but the site doesn't have it yet. It still has "The Concourse Steakhouse" open for business.
To try and sum it up, it's a heath nut's delight with stuff like beta berries smoothies, antioxidant cockails, whole - wheat linguine with clams. There is more to the menu, but I am not very good at typeing. It is open for breakfast, with the usual american egg stuff. (Lunch and dinner also) Seats 220.

Ummmm while I realize Disney has to cater to it's Health conscious guests, I'm not sure the concourse was the best place to do it. between that and Chef Mickeys, the were both the staples for the Contemporary's main fair.

Interesting to say the least.

In my opinion, Disney will make more profits off of a steakhouse than a health place. Better adding a health restaurant in a resort that needs some restaurants than take a good restauraunt out to accomidate it.
